Union of Love constructs a perceptual field governed by resonance rather than proximity. Two figures occupy the same luminous environment — ribbons of light and spherical forms surrounding them not as decoration but as the structural medium through which connection operates.

The figures are not reaching toward each other. They exist within a shared field, and that shared field is the work’s subject. Light does not illuminate the connection — it is the condition through which connection achieves spatial form. The orbs hold position according to an internal coherence rather than physical law.

The work does not resolve the tension between individual presence and shared field. It makes that tension the perceptual content.
