Personal Fears and Limitations makes the structure of self-imposed constraint visible — not to resolve it, but to make its origin legible.

The shadow in this work does not follow the figure. It precedes it, standing between the self and every available direction, projecting obstruction onto a space that the obstruction does not actually occupy. The composition makes one thing structurally clear: the shadow is self-generated, which means its authority is not fixed. What is needed is already present.

The work does not argue for liberation. It holds the moment at which constraint and capacity are revealed as the same field, differently oriented.
